    Our hotel is located in an exceptionally quiet area, only a few metres from the Charles Bridge. This is a short distance from the most attractive places of interest, right in the heart of ancient Mala Strana (Lesser Town) on Kampa Island. The island is bordered by The Vltava River (Moldau), and contributes to the charming scenery of the Lesser Town.

   The original building “At the Golden Scissors”, Na Kampe 6, was built in 1586 and ranks among the oldest buildings on Kampa Island. The Renaissance building, with its corner in Hroznova Street, was according to the plans of Ignac Palliardi, rebuilt in 1804. Its Classicist style has been preserved until the present day.

   We offer you accommodation in an extraordinarily tranquil location on Kampa Island, in the vicinity of the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. The recently reconstructed and comfortable rooms have beautiful views of the historical centre of Prague. We feel sure that our ten rooms (accommodating from 2 – 5 people) equipped with shower or bath, will meet your highest expectations. Our rooms are equipped with TV sets with satellite connection, mini-bar, telephone with global connection, 24h internet connection, personal safe, hairdryer etc. Buffet breakfast is included in the price. You can also order a special package with half-board or full-board.

   Our 24h reception desk is ready to meet all your requirements, such as tours in the historical centre of Prague and excursions to Karlstejn Castle, Karlovy Vary etc. These include tour guides, the possibility of car-hire from SIXT, parking for 600,-CZK/day, transfers in the hotel minibus for up to 8 people for fixed prices, copy and fax services, flight reservations, reservations of concerts or theatre performances, sports events, luggage deposit (at the reception desk) and washing and ironing services.
